An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen in a municipality located east of Melbourne for a highly motivated, career driven, successful Principal Statutory Planner to join a small and enthusiastic young team.     

As a Principle Planner you will be responsible for a range of complex planning applications from residential, to commercial and rural developments. You will be working with developers, neighbouring councils and other council departments on a range of zoning issues and other subdivision issues.

The municipal will be looking for a planner who is very passionate about town planning that can demonstrate exceptional customer service. Ideally, the successful planner would have at least five years experience with a sound knowledge of the Victorian Planning Scheme (including State and Local policies) where he or she can use these skills in picking up planning applications at various stages and completing these in a timely manner.
