Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Commercial Construction Division. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a winning team that's producing results.

Focus: Offices, Apartments, Retail, Warehouses, Schools, Renovations, Hospitals, Aged Care, Recreational Facilities, Mixed use and Industrial developments etc.

The successful incumbent will have a can do attitude, good time-management and work well in a team environment.

Experience and qualifications:

• An existing network of suppliers and sub-contractors would be an advantage
• Tertiary building and construction qualifications
• You'll be confident and cool under pressure
• Ideally you'll have experience in projects up to the value of $30M
• Strong computer literacy
• You'll have strong communication and client liaison skills

Role and responsibilities:

• The entire tender process with the aim to win
• Producing accurate and timely estimates
• Pricing, cost planning and procurement experience
• Negotiating with suppliers and clients
• Risk, target and opportunity analysis
• Maintain and enhance industry relations
• Work collectively to win tenders
