The opportunity:
With a proven track recordof placing Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Quantity Surveyors in the Building and Civil arena across NSW for the past 10 yrs, we are currently experiencing an increasing demand for Quantity Surveyors for Cost Consultancies and PQS businesses. Endeavour to service a strong existing client base as well as approach new businesses in the Sydney market, we are currently recruiting for aQuantitySurveyor.
Your Profile:
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, we expect you to have a tertiary qualification in Construction (such as Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or similar) come with at least with 3 years of experience in either a commercial, residential or civil environment.
Your main duties in this capacity will be:

Cost estimation and Quantity Surveying
-
Take Off quantities for Bills of Quantities
-
Creating various financial reports
-
Producing standard financial reports including cost plans, tender reports, feasibility studies, estimates, cost reports
-
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
You should have:
-
The ability to work autonomously
-
High attention to detail
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Organizational and time management skills
