- Build your corporate lending portfolio
- $110,000 - $130,000 base + super + bonus
- You are a Relationship Manager within the Commercial Lending space ready for a step into the Corporate space of already there and looking for a new challenge, then this role with a major banking group located in either Dandenong or Balwyn will see you take on a true business development opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio.
- The Role
- Business development and servicing commercial/corporate banking clients
- Grow a portfolio of valued clients of the bank and cross-sell other products
- Working on lending deals of $8m - $20m
- Building a portfolio of clients in your network / region using the branch networks and internal stakeholders and the banks external referral networks.
- Working closely with Regional Managers and Directors
- You will have an Assistant RM to assist with large deals and credit analysis
- The candidate we are looking for:
- At least 2 years experience as a Relationship Manager working on Australian commercial/corporate lending deals of at least $5m+
- Proven track record of business development and growing a clients base
- Proven ability to design and execute business development strategies and build networks
- Ability to identify and process mid-large commercial loans
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
In return, the successful person will be offered a minimum base of $110,000 up to $130,000 + super + annual bonus, as well the opportunity to work for a large Australian bank that can offer excellent career progression.
