Is a local accounting/ financial planning firm that has been offering mortgage services in our region for over 30 years. The company is both very successful and experiencing growth specifically in the mortgages/ loans area. This employer provides structured training and development and loves to promote from within.

Your Role:

In an office of 30 people you will join a small team of 2 dedicated to servicing the lending requirements of the firm’s clientele. With a main focus on mortgages you will conduct client meetings, facilitate the loan application process and be involved in the processing. You will not have to generate your own leads as there will be more than enough referrals flowing through from the other areas of the business.

Big earning potential in a role offering growth and variety. Base salary of $45-60K on offer (negotiable depending on experience) with a strong commission component that takes OTE to $65-95K plus super (uncapped).

You:

To be considered for this role you will need experience in lending/ mortgages. You will hold relevant training and qualifications and have a strong client/ customer focus (bankers are encouraged to apply). To be successful in the role you will need reasonable computer literacy and be capable of functioning both independently and in a team.
