Exceptional career opportunity for an established residential Lending specialist with strong local networks to move into a branch-based lending role with a major Bank!

The Role

• Growing the lending portfolio in your local area through business development, networking and getting the brand known in your local community
• Building a portfolio of clients and pipelines in your network / region
• Working closely with Branch staff and Senior managers
• End to End Lending from application to settlements
• Processing of residential lending applications
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank, such as wealth management services.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Current, or very recent, experience as a branch-based Mortgage Lender within a major Australian banking organisation
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end mortgage lending processes
• Proven ability to increase the residential lending portfolio in your local area
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage processes from application to settlement
• Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency

In return, the successful person will be offered a Base salary of up to $75,000 + Super + Bonus, will be working with great lending products, have strong support from management for banking products as well closing deals and also will have the opportunity to work for a bank with huge growth plans over the next 2-3 years meaning career progression.

NOTE: Only applicants with current Australian-based mortgage lending experience will be considered.
