This opportunity is with one of Australia's leading commercial services organisations and they have positioned themselves to grow the business through a combination of organic growth and M&A. This role reports through to the GM of business development and is responsible for:
- Participating in, and supporting the development of strategies for acquisitions and infrastructure bids
- Conducting financial analysis and advises on commercial appropriateness of new business opportunities.
- Project managing acquisition and tender projects including preparing offers or submissions, financial analysis, co-ordination of internal input as well as external advisers.
- Works closely with the General Managers and Business Development Managers to identify and evaluate opportunities as well as ensuring business continuity throughout new business development processes.
To be successful in this role you will ideally be a strong communicator who builds genuine long term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have unrivalled analytical skills and experience in project managing complex transactions.
