Reporting directly to the Managing Director, but working with and supporting the team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Contracts administration
  • Customer service
  • Product orders and inventory
  • Subcontractor / Installation management & coordination
  • Process and policy management
  • General administration

This positon requires an individual who has the following:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Computer literacy - MYOB, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Records Management Systems
  • Customer focused (internally and externally)
  • Analytical and creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
