Job Description

As the second in command to the head of finance you will manage the year-end reporting cycles for the Group. Additionally you will provide support to business unit finance functions through providing quality and timely management information. You will review financial statements prepared by Business Unit finance functions and provide guidance on required disclosure and format as well as supervise and mentor a reporting team underneath you.

The Successful Applicant

You will either be a Big Four senior manager who has audited property companies or have significant commercial exposure to the property industry. You will be technically strong with a fine eye for detail and posses excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
