Due to a rapid rise in organic growth, our market leading Insurance client is currently seeking a hands on CFO for their domestic Insurance based division based in Castle Hill. Reporting to the GM, this newly created role would suit a junior CFO with a strong background within financial services and/or Insurance lines and is looking to progress their career in this autonomous role. Full training, parking, flexible renumeration and access to discounted Insurance lines accompany this role.
The role:
- End to end financial business operations including, creation, review and budget control, GL review
- Monthly P&L including results and budget forecasts
- Assisting in the implementation of a new GL system
- Advise business on product pricing
- Outstanding items actioned with SLAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Risk management
- UAT for business improvement projects
- Board reporting and monthly management reports
Your requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in an applicable field
- Exposure to Insurance lines with APRA/ASIC regulatory reporting a must
- CPA/CA certification
- Senior and stable financial accounting experience including accounting standards reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong MS Office experience
- SAP exposure would be highly regarded
- Project management experience
