Due to a rapid rise in organic growth, our market leading Insurance client is currently seeking a hands on CFO for their domestic Insurance based division based in Castle Hill. Reporting to the GM, this newly created role would suit a junior CFO with a strong background within financial services and/or Insurance lines and is looking to progress their career in this autonomous role. Full training, parking, flexible renumeration and access to discounted Insurance lines accompany this role. 
 
The role: 

• End to end financial business operations including, creation, review and budget control, GL review  
  
• Monthly P&L including results and budget forecasts  
  
• Assisting in the implementation of a new GL system  
  
• Advise business on product pricing  
  
• Outstanding items actioned with SLAs  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders  
  
• Risk management  
  
• UAT for business improvement projects  
  
• Board reporting and monthly management reports  
  

  
Your requirements: 

• Tertiary qualifications in an applicable field  
  
• Exposure to Insurance lines with APRA/ASIC regulatory reporting a must  
  
• CPA/CA certification  
  
• Senior and stable financial accounting experience including accounting standards reporting  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong MS Office experience  
  
• SAP exposure would be highly regarded  
  
• Project management experience
