They require an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office coordinator to be part of a successful growing business assisting in the general accounting and administration of the business. Your day will consist of: - Maintaining the accounts
- BAS preparation & submission
- Accounts payable & bank reconciliations
- Preparing cash flow projections
- Entering & recording data in Excel
- General administrative duties
- Weekly Payroll
The successful applicant will have: - Advanced Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- A strong background in accounting and administrative duties
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
