They require an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office coordinator to be part of a successful growing business assisting in the general accounting and administration of the business.

Your day will consist of:

  • Maintaining the accounts
  • BAS preparation & submission
  • Accounts payable & bank reconciliations
  • Preparing cash flow projections
  • Entering & recording data in Excel
  • General administrative duties
  • Weekly Payroll

The successful applicant will have:

  • Advanced Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A strong background in accounting and administrative duties
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
