Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Commercial Analyst will be primarily responsible for:

• Develop and manage project accounting procedures to ensure transparency of total project revenue and costs;
• Develop a network to facilitate co-operation, open communication and professional partnerships between the Project Managers, Commercial Analysts and Finance department;
• Identify risks that impact on project cost reporting accuracy including recommendations for business changes and improvements;
• Organise the quarterly forecasts for submission and facilitate quarterly performance reviews to the Boar;
• Actively participate in the co-ordination of all financial aspects of the annual plan (SCI) and five year plan;
• Provide expert advice and assistance to project managers and officers on SAP related issues.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst with significant pricing and analytical skills gained within large, reputable commercial environment (logistics, transport or project based industries would be ideal). In addition you will possess CPA/CA qualifications, strong commercial acumen as well as excellent communication skills both written and oral. This is a rare opportunity to join a senior analytical team where the next natural step would to become the commercial manager. Ideally you have worked within large scale systems, advanced skills with Excel and experience with SAP is essential.
