A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant to join a leading and progressive Mid-Tier Chartered firm located on the city fringe as a Senior Accountant. The firm provides a great working environment and you will be joining an established and motivated team that is experiencing significant growth.

The role will involve working with a large and diverse client portfolio and being exposed to a range of projects within the firm. In your role as an Senior Accountant it will involve compiling and analysing financial information to prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, sole traders, partnerships, joint ventures, trusts and superannuation funds. Also it will involve the preparation and review of FBT, GST and PAYG/IAS returns. You will also be expected to be given the responsibility of mentoring graduates and reviewing their work.

To be considered for this role you will have a recognised professional qualification and have a minimum 3-4 years experience. You will ideally be CA qualified or actively working towards this. To be successful in this role you must be motivated, focussed and client driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a team player, be able to show initiative and be keen to develop and grow with this team of friendly professionals.
