SW Personnel is a well established Recruitment and Labour Hire Company servicing the entire Perth and WA area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration, Payroll & Finance Officer to join our vibrant team at our Belmont office.

  • 20 hours part time per week
  • Belmont Location
  • Flexible Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Payroll
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Reporting as required for end of month and payroll
  • Prepare superannuation, Payroll Tax and FBT
  • Reconciliations
  • Administrative Support to Manager and Recruitment Consultants
  • General administrative duties including mail, banking, petty cash and data entry
  • Manage Quality Assurance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Experience using MYOB
  • Good understanding of Financial and Payroll requirements
  • Demonstrated ability in a similar role
