SW Personnel is a well established Recruitment and Labour Hire Company servicing the entire Perth and WA area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration, Payroll & Finance Officer to join our vibrant team at our Belmont office. - 20 hours part time per week

Responsibilities: - Weekly Payroll
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Reporting as required for end of month and payroll
- Prepare superannuation, Payroll Tax and FBT
- Reconciliations
- Administrative Support to Manager and Recruitment Consultants
- General administrative duties including mail, banking, petty cash and data entry
- Manage Quality Assurance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Flexibility with working hours
- Experience using MYOB
- Good understanding of Financial and Payroll requirements
- Demonstrated ability in a similar role
