Lloyd Morgan are seeking proven Accounts Clerks to join an exciting and busy organisation on an ongoing contract basis.
You will be joining a small but friendly team assisting alleviate the increasing work flow.
Your main responsibilities will be to deal with incoming telephone and email queries from internal business units and external clients.
You will also assisting the finance team with aspects of accounts payable, reconciliations and other ad hoc duties.
To be considered for this contract opportunity you will have the following:
- Solid accounts exposure with a good knowledge of accounting activities
- Confident communication skills
- Must have a proven customer service focus
- Calypso systems experience desirable
- Organised & proactive
