This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong suburban firm with an excellent, interesting and active client base. The Partners are long established and very well regarded in the market. They have developed the sort of client base that a second tier Business Services practice would be proud of and that means you will be challenged and developing all the time - there will be consulting work available to you and a strong interest in tax will be highly regarded.

This is a genuine opportunity to fast-track to a Manager role. The initial brief will be to get to know the clients, the systems and the staff and to demonstrate the client management and staff management skills required of a Manager. Then the brief will be to manage the delivery of compliance and consulting services to your own portfolio, reporting directly to the Partners while looking for business development opportunities all the time.

You must bring strong accounting and tax skills as the Partners are strong technically and have attracted such a big following by being able to advise on complex matters. The team is close-knit and easy-going so you must be able to match the environment and demonstrate that you can lead in a manner that adds value. You will be CA or CPA qualified and have experience gained from a strong firm.

This is a RARE opportunity in such a strong, friendly firm to move quickly to Manager, supervise staff and to gain exposure to consulting matters.
