Our client a very successful mid tier firm in Subiaco is actively seeking for a Business Services Tax Manager to lead a team of business services accountants. This role is for someone who is passionate about tax accounting and is looking to move to the next stage of his career, to be a partner in a successful and highly conducive tax and business services environment
You will be working in a dynamic environment, with friendly partners and young vibrant team. Excellent surroundings with a team that is vibrant and working with clients that are demanding yet friendly.
The Role
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Strong knowledge and experience in a public practice environment and able to lead a small team
- Have an exceptional written and verbal communication skill
- Have proven practical knowledge of Income Tax returns, Superannuation and financial planning solutions
- Be able to provide practical solutions to clients using MYOB and Quickbooks
- Possess a strong mentality to build your client network with excellent communication skills
- Meeting all job schedule and budget work flow time table requirements as requested
To be considered for this role it is essential that you should:
- Possess accuracy and attention to detail
- Have good judgment and decision making skills
- Must be ambitious and highly driven to succeed and lead a team of accountants of around 4-6 in the team
- Possess a degree in accountancy and have attained CPA or CA qualification
